Devout worshipper, reverent mentor, virtuous confidant, and vessel of grace are the characteristics of this dynamic woman of God.
Mother Latisha Hunter is a true example of the Proverbs 31 woman. She is a faithful servant to the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and a dedicated wife, serving faithfully and providing love, loyalty and support to her husband in ministry at Grace of Deliverance.
Born Latisha Robinson, the youngest of six siblings, she grew up in the tough streets of Detroit, Michigan. Latisha was a very humble young woman, focused and driven for success. She attended her grandmother's church and was baptized at an early age. Latisha’s grandfather was a deacon at the famous Aretha Franklin father’s church in Detroit. Later when she decided to give her life to Christ, she was baptized again at Third New Hope Baptist church in Detroit. She lived in Detroit until she graduated from college, earning her Bachelors Degree In Business Administration.
Latisha made quite a reputation for herself in her career field. She led her teams with honesty and integrity, always giving her best at everything she did. She later was promoted and moved to Orlando Florida to continue her career working in Corporate America. Being one of the top district managers in the restaurant business for many years has allowed Latisha to reach many different groups of people and gift them with her generosity and love. Within that time, she spent many years offering help in the community and reaching out to the youth.
She met and married the love of her life, Obadiah Hunter. They were ordained before God and started their own ministry, Grace Of Deliverance in 2016.
As she walks in the wisdom and favor of God, her ability to multitask in several capacities is a great asset to the ministry. Mother Latisha Hunter currently leads Sunday School and Bible study. Alongside her husband, she efficiently helps to manage the church’s business and is always willing to assist in any capacity.
Together with her husband, they continue to share God's love with His precious people and to teach His true and powerful Word.
